All room look over the beautiful lake. We booked a King suite and it was huge and bright. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and couch will fold out into a bed. There is a table and chairs Also lazyboy recliner to enjoy the TV. This is an older hotel but the new ownership is doing a great job of updating. Unfortunately our TV would not work. It would not hook up to the internet and after doing all I could to make it work I called the front desk.... The gentleman was no help whatsoever. Pretty Much the attitude of "oh well". So maybe a little help on the evening shift but the day shift was amazing. For the price we paid with no TV for the entire evening it was disappointing. They do offer a breakfast in the morning. We left very early (4am) so I cannot comment on this offering.

We visited last year and my older kids have been begging all year to go back. You really can’t beat the view, location and value. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young girl at the front desk. The housekeeping staff was amazing - more friendly and helpful than I’ve experienced elsewhere. The breakfast nook is being renovated so breakfast was by the front desk. There was a wonderful variety at breakfast. The motel is also right across the street from a diner and only a couple of blocks away from the downtown shopping area. The lake, shops, coffee and restaurants are all within walking distance even for my youngest child. I would highly recommend this location!

We had a great room upstairs with big picture window over the lake. Although we were right by the road we weren't disturbed by any road noise. Our room was well furnished and very comfortable and coffee was available at breakfast. Staff were very friendly.

1) It's an old building, 2) great view of Polson Bay facing the north, 3) TV could not be made to work even by the on-premises expert, 4) tub drain was very slow, 5) tub shampoo dispensers were empty, 6) light bulb over the sink was out, 7) small (one-gallon) trash bins?, 8) no Kleenex (allergy season), 9) free breakfast was a joke, and 10) the bed was okay.

The staff stayed open late to let me rent a room for the night which was fantastic. Usually I just get told "sorry our lobby is closing" and have to look elsewhere. The room is nice and quiet, has a large TV, a fan for white noise which I enjoy and need, and a clean bathroom. The only negative is the TV remote was VERY sticky on the backside of it. I picked it up and almost gagged. Not sure what it is but I luckily had Clorox wipes in my bag

A lot of good things about this place. We had an upgraded room and it was very nice. Loved having the sink separate from the toilet and shower, as I was sharing the room with a friend. The breakfast was nice too and the kitchen area was clean. The staff was super friendly, always a huge added bonus!! The tub didn’t drain very well and could have used a good cleaning. Also, it’s very loud, due to road noise and hearing every step the people in the room above us was taking. Fortunately, they weren’t clogging or anything but I would imagine if there had been kids up there, it would probably have been interesting on the noise level.

We have a fairly large family and really enjoyed our stay at the Port Polson inn. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the view was spectacular. The room we stayed in was charming but we saw they were doing some updates, and I thought the lobby/breakfast area looked really nice! We were able to walk from our room to the diner across the street and into the downtown polson area. There was a park and swimming area also within walking distance. The Port Polson Inn served well as a home base for our activities each day, and my husband who had to work during the day had plenty of space and internet access to work and do video calls.

Great view! Great bed. Great pillows. Great shower. Friendly staff! Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the remodeled room. The facility is being refurbished. The high speed WiFi words great and the large flat screen TVs are a plus.

Room was disgusting found a lot of illegal items that has been there awhile blood splatter on the wall. Had to complain a lot to get very minute composition and moved a different room which had a .horrible order
